Highbrid business Development Representatives (BDRs) have a daily and direct impact on client growth, giving their sales teams a competitive edge by using prospecting strategies to identify new business opportunities and initiate the first outreach with potential customers. Their goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the sales team.  The person in this role conducts research used to inform the sales process. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, has good time management skills, can both work independently and as part of a team with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with several contacts across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • evalute the prospective customers fitness for working with the company
  • determine the prospect's interest in our products and suite of services
  • schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • achieve qualified 100 activities per day
Required qualifications:

  • excellent phone, writing, note-taking and most importantly, listening skills
  • fearless and inherently curious as we encourage our team to learn from their mistakes
  • humble and empathetic
  • competitive with themselves and their individual quota
  • organized and willing to hold themselves accountable for daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • resilient with the ability to put yesterday's success or a tough day behind them
  • knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • at least one year of professional experience

Bonus Skills & Experience

  • experience reaching or exceeding monthly activity goals/quotas
  • familiarity with HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM
